The Administration department at Viswajyothi College of Engineering and Technology has been operational since the institution's inception, playing a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the entire academic community. The Viswajyothi administration is responsible for overseeing various key aspects, including general institution administration, student admissions, staff recruitment, financial management, security, estate management, infrastructure development, maintenance, transportation services, canteen operations, and human resource management, among others. The VJCET administration is responsible for all interactions with statutory authorities, including the Department of Technical Education (Kerala), AICTE, and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, as well as local bodies. They also maintain and oversee documents related to approvals and affiliations. Moreover, the administration streamlines student interactions with the university, making the process more efficient. They maintain academic performance records and personal data of both students and staff members, ensuring that necessary certificates are promptly issued when needed for various purposes. In addition, the Accounts group under the administration, manages essential financial functions, such as fee collection, staff salary disbursement, as well as handling purchases and contracts. Comprehensive computerized accounting is carried out with the assistance of custom-built software. The campus is well maintained to be clean, green, beautiful, and attractive for both the academic community and visitors. This is achieved through effective waste management practices and the cultivation of various gardens and fruit-bearing trees.
